Fun and Challenging

We train in a group atmosphere with trainers overseeing each specific activity. We will work on sit-ups, shuttle run, mile run, pull ups and the v-sit.

Each activity measures:

Sit-ups: Abdominal strength and endurance

Shuttle Run: Speed, quickness and agility

Mile Run: Heart/lung endurance

Pull-ups: Upper body strength and endurance

V-Sit: Flexibility of the lower back and hamstrings
